Serving as a Content Strategist for Chipotle's Content Experiences Team within the larger Digital Experiences Organization.
Fought to improve digital real estate, having generated $250K in two weeks from a simple landing page that was originally not included in the product launch plan. Improved web and app functionality for customers, suggesting new features that reduced friction in the order process, added opportunities for conversion, and improved overall customer experience.
Projects have included cross-functional content strategy, SEO, planning, and execution for multi-national campaigns and product launches for Rewards Acquisition programs, Annual and Seasonal Brand Activations, and Limited Time Offers like Carne Asada, Chipotle Honey Chicken, Chicken al Pastor, and Adobo Ranch.

InfoStreet, founded by Siamak Farah (NeXT Computer), envisioned a world where independent applications could be accessed and managed through one singular platform. Tasked with brand, marketing, and content management for the company's flagship product, responsibilities included building and the managing editorial content calendar (content strategy, PR and email strategy) through competitive research and audience analysis, creating content, gathering and analyzing data, metrics and KPIs to determine necessary adjustments and execute on them to improve conversions, managing PR agency, developers and designers to complete various projects, creating, editing, and sharing original content that inspires action and generates conversions, writing, designing, coding, and deploying HTML emails for product promotions or announcements, writing and editing website copy via Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques. This role also required direct collaboration with the VP of Business Development to ensure brand voice will attract partnerships.
